We were here for a girls weekend. This place was an excellent location for what we did during our stay. Close to the downtown shopping, eating, coffee shops. We even got to see the fireworks for the kick off to Christmas. House was very clean and exactly what we needed for our fun time in Galena. Would definitely recommend this place - Deb was very easy to get ahold of and made us feel right at home.

Loved this place! Beautiful and tastefully decorated! Beds are comfortable! This Airbnb is located perfectly in the downtown area with easy access to a lot of venues! This is an older home that has been maintained with its original charm! It has such character! Deb gave easy and clear instructions for the house and how to get in and what to do after are stay! Hospitality is our gig!
It all began 21 years ago, when I moved to Galena and opened my own outfitter store. I created outdoor events for visitors who were here to explore recreation in Galena. From Kayaking tours, snowshoe hikes, to electric bike tours, I showed my guests the hidden jewels and spectacular experiences in the greater Galena and Dubuque area. When I sold my business in 2019, I continued my love of offering great experiences with my Fever River View suites. It’s a great feeling, having guests make great memories and return to my homes. I hope you find that getting to know your host (me) and booking direct (with no service fees) are just bonuses to the real reasons you come back.
